Building A Family Gameplan

Early on, I realized that talent alone would not organize emails, research schools, or decode coach messages. My family sat down at the kitchen table and assigned roles. My daughter focused on performance and academics, I handled research and strategy, and together we learned how to communicate with coaches. The plan was not perfect, but it was intentional. Step by step, that structure carried her between local courts and serious Division I conversations.
